Installation & Setup

Unpack the printer and inspect all components. Ensure you have thermal paper rolls compatible with the PJ-822.

  1. Load paper: Open paper compartment, insert roll with paper feeding from the bottom, close compartment securely.
  2. Charge battery: Connect AC adapter to printer and power outlet; charge until battery LED indicates full.

WARNING! Use only Brother-approved thermal paper and power adapter to avoid damage. Keep paper compartment closed when not in use.

First-Time Use

After initial setup, configure connectivity and perform a test print.

  1. Pair via Bluetooth: Enable Bluetooth on mobile device, press Bluetooth button on printer until LED flashes, select "PJ-822" from device list.
