Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface near power outlet.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and tape from inside and outside the printer.
  2. Install toner cartridges: Open front cover, remove protective seals, insert cartridges in correct color slots (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow).
  3. Load paper: Pull out paper trays, adjust guides, load paper (up to 520 sheets).
  4. Connect power cord to printer and wall outlet.
  5. Turn on printer using power switch.

WARNING! Toner cartridges are heavy; handle with care. Ensure printer is on a stable surface to prevent tipping.

First-Time Setup

Power on printer; follow on-screen prompts.
