Unpacking and Installation

Remove all packaging materials. Place on a flat, stable surface near a power outlet.

  1. Install ink cartridges: Open front cover, insert cartridges in correct slots (C, M, Y, BK).
  2. Load paper: Adjust paper guides in tray, load up to 250 sheets.
  3. Connect power: Plug power cord into printer and wall outlet.
  4. Turn on printer: Press POWER button.

WARNING! Do not touch printhead or ink contacts. Keep printer level during installation.
