Unpacking and Setup

Remove all packaging materials. Place on a stable, level surface near a power outlet.

  1. Install ink cartridges: Open front cover, remove protective tape from cartridges, insert into correct slots.
  2. Load paper: Adjust paper guides in the tray, load up to 150 sheets of plain paper.
  3. Connect power: Plug the AC adapter into the printer and a wall outlet.
  4. Turn on the printer using the power switch.

WARNING! Do not touch printhead or ink contacts. Keep printer horizontal during setup.

Initial Configuration
