Unpacking and Setup

Remove all packaging materials. Place on a stable, flat surface near power outlet.

Remove tape: Remove all protective tapes from inside and outside.
Install paper: Adjust paper guides in tray; load plain paper.
Connect power: Plug power cord into printer and wall outlet.
Power on: Press POWER button; follow on-screen prompts.

WARNING! Do not touch print head or ink cartridge contacts. Keep printer horizontal during setup.

Installing Ink Cartridges

Install cartridges before first use.

Open cover: Press cover release to open cartridge access door.
Prepare cartridge: Remove protective cap; do not touch nozzle.
Insert: Align cartridge with color label; push until it clicks.
Repeat: Install all four cartridges (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow).

Control Panel and Settings
