Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface near power outlet and network connection.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and tape from inside and outside the machine.
  2. Install toner cartridges: Open front cover, remove packing material, insert color cartridges (black, cyan, magenta, yellow).
  3. Load paper: Pull out paper tray, adjust guides, load paper, reinsert tray.
  4. Connect power cable to rear of machine and to AC outlet.
  5. Connect network cable to Ethernet port and router/switch if using wired connection.

WARNING! Machine is heavy; lift with care using handles. Ensure proper ventilation around the device.

First-Time Setup
