Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface near power outlet.

1. Remove all packaging materials and tape from inside and outside the unit.
2. Install toner cartridges: Open front cover, remove protective materials, insert cartridges in correct slots (Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow).
3. Load paper: Adjust paper guides in tray, load letter-size paper face down.
4. Connect power cord to rear of unit and plug into AC outlet.
5. Connect to computer: Use USB cable or connect Ethernet cable for network.
6. For fax: Connect phone line to LINE port on rear.

WARNING! Toner cartridges are heavy; handle with care. Ensure unit is unplugged during installation.

First-Time Setup
