Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface near power outlet and network connection.

  1. Remove all packaging materials and tape from printer interior and exterior.
  2. Install toner cartridge: Open front cover, remove packing material, insert TN-750/TN-850 cartridge until it clicks.
  3. Load paper: Adjust paper guides in tray, load up to 250 sheets of plain paper.
  4. Connect power cord to printer and wall outlet.
  5. Connect network cable (for wired) or prepare for wireless setup.

WARNING! Toner cartridge is heavy; handle with care. Avoid touching the green drum surface.

First-Time Setup

Power on printer; follow initial setup prompts on control panel.
