Installation

Unpack and inspect contents. Place on stable, level surface near power outlet.

  1. Remove packaging materials: Take out all tapes and protective covers.
  2. Install toner cartridge: Open front cover, remove cartridge from packaging, shake gently, insert until it clicks.
  3. Load paper: Pull out paper tray, adjust guides, load paper (avoid overfilling), reinsert tray.
  4. Connect power: Plug power cord into printer and wall outlet.
  5. Connect interface: Use USB cable to computer or Ethernet cable to network router.

WARNING! Toner is sensitive to light; keep cartridge in bag until installation. Avoid touching the green drum surface.

First-Time Setup

Power on printer; follow initial setup prompts.

Printing Operations
